Terms & Conditions Agreement
By booking, you agree to the Studio Policies between Michelle Mclean (vocal instructor) and the client:

• Payments: Fees are due in full at the time of booking. If an unpaid lesson is scheduled, you authorize the instructor to charge your saved payment method, or the lesson may be cancelled.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice in writing to hello@michellemcleanvocalstudio.com. Late cancellations or missed lessons are subject to the full lesson fee.

• Emergencies & Illness: Absences for illness or family emergencies may be excused without penalty at the instructor’s discretion (maximum of 3 per calendar year).

• Scope of Service: Vocal instruction is for performance development and healthy singing habits. It does not include medical diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation for vocal disorders.
